Summary

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE TS/SCI W/ FULL SCOPE POLYGRAPH SECURITY CLEARANCE (U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED)

Hands-on experience operating and administration of various Linux OS (i.e. RHEL9, Talos)
Experience with building host image templates with automation tools (i.e. Terraform, Packer, SALT, Ansible, RHEL Satellite, Jumphost)
Experience with Trellix Endpoint Security and Firewall, Nessus Security Center, UAM, rsyslog and audited
Working knowledge of DISA STIGs, CVEs, and IAVAs for STE/STN compliance
Working knowledge of PKI infrastructure and authentication/authorization processes
Working knowledge of certificate, DNS, and IP management
Understanding of VMware vSphere vCenter, vSphere API and related services
Understanding of Amazon AWS EC2, EC2 API and related services
Basic understanding of containerization concepts and operations, i.e. Docker and Kubernetes
Basic understanding of GitOps development and CI/CD (Gitlab)
Experience scripting with Python, PowerShell, or Bash
Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.
Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.
Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
Provides support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process.
Configures and manages UNIX and Windows operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

Shall have a minimum of fifteen (15) years' experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

EDUCATION:

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in technical discipline is required

Compensation: We are committed to providing fair and competitive compensation. The salary range for this position is $78,000 to $250,000 per year. This range reflects the compensation offered across the locations where we hire. The exact salary will be determined based on the candidate's work location, specific role, skill set, and level of expertise.
