We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Architect to design and implement enterprise-level IT infrastructure solutions aligned with business goals. This role involves leading infrastructure integration, defining architecture standards, and driving cloud and on-prem modernization initiatives while ensuring compliance, scalability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead infrastructure integration activities including cloud/datacenter migrations and collaboration tools
- Design and define infrastructure architecture strategies, standards, and best practices
- Drive adoption of shared systems to optimize cost and efficiency
- Ensure alignment between IT infrastructure and business strategies
- Act as L4 escalation point for infrastructure issues and root cause analysis
- Plan lifecycle and refresh strategies for infrastructure components
- Develop enterprise-wide infrastructure roadmap and technology vision
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and licensing
- Design high availability and disaster recovery solutions
Technical Skills:
- 12+ years in IT Infrastructure, with 5+ years as an Architect
- Strong experience in Azure/AWS (Architecture level certification preferred)
- Expertise in Windows Servers, Active Directory/Entra ID, Office 365, Exchange
- Strong knowledge of networking, storage (SAN), virtualization, and databases (SQL Server)
- Experience with Infrastructure & DevOps teams
General Qualifications:
- Strong enterprise architecture design experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management (including C-level)
- Experience leading large-scale projects and M&A infrastructure planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Consulting experience preferred
