job summary:
This contractor will be leading key program initiatives and will be a critical part of the Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts. They will be the primary OCM lead on local and cross-functional initiatives that require structured change management. They'll be responsible for executing and refining the OCM strategy; assessing impact; communicating effectively; addressing resistance; and ensuring employee adoption of new processes, systems, or structures by facilitating a smooth transition during major organizational transformations. They'll interact closely with senior stakeholders, sponsors, and peers to shape and govern the OCM approach for changes initiated by the organization. In addition, they'll lead continuous improvement efforts related to change management standards, processes, and procedures; leverage strong negotiation and influence skills to bring multiple parties together towards a common goal; and interact, present, consult and effectively challenge people across multiple layers of management, including executives. Successful individuals in this role have proven their ability to operate autonomously and multitask in a fast-paced, undefined environment while simultaneously guiding others.

responsibilities:
- Evaluates performance and quality for assigned areas of responsibility, defines success metrics, and makes recommendations for continuous process improvement.
- Coordinates, and implements process improvements based on industry-standard best practices and/or regulatory compliance and enforces guidelines.
- Creates, oversees and coordinates the implementation and maintenance of multiple processes and toolsets.
- Conducts post-implementation reviews and creates metrics to determine success of new or enhanced processes.
- Remains current on technology direction, industry directions and best practices, as well as regulatory standards.
- Provides roadmap alignment to projects.
- Acts as an escalation point for analysis questions, and creates and shares analysis templates and methods.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree of higher in a Business or Technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math) and a minimum of four years of work experience in technical infrastructure, IT Process design/process improvement or IT Project Management positions.
- In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of six years of related work experience in technical infrastructure, IT Process design/process improvement or IT project management positions.
