Summary

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Lead (LE / EWM) to drive design, implementation, and optimization of warehouse and logistics processes across enterprise SAP landscapes. This role will act as a functional SME and lead, partnering with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable and efficient supply chain solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Logistics Execution (LE) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) with strong experience in end-to-end supply chain processes, integrations, and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead functional design and implementation of SAP LE and EWM solutions
Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications
Drive end-to-end warehouse and logistics process improvements
Configure and support:
- Inbound / outbound logistics
- Inventory management
- Warehouse structure & storage types
Collaborate with technical teams on:
- Enhancements
- Integrations (IDocs, APIs, interfaces)
Lead UAT, SIT, and business validation cycles
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and defects
Provide functional leadership and mentorship to junior consultants
Ensure alignment with best practices and SAP standards
Work closely with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, TM)

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of SAP functional experience
Strong hands-on experience in:
- SAP LE (Logistics Execution)
- SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
At least 1–2 full lifecycle SAP implementations (EWM preferred)
Deep understanding of:
- Warehouse processes (putaway, picking, packing, shipping)
- Inventory and batch management
Experience with:
- Integration with SAP MM, SD modules
- RF framework / mobile warehouse solutions
Strong experience in:
- Functional documentation (BRD, FSD)
- UAT coordination
Excellent stakeholder communication skills
