Overview:We are seeking a customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to support a mixed Windows and Apple environment. This role provides hands-on technical assistance for approximately 1,200 users and 2,000 devices, ensuring smooth deployments, reliable system performance, and a strong end-user experience.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver strong customer service while supporting users across Windows 11 and Apple iOS/macOS environments (50/50 split).
- Support device deployments, including preparing, imaging, configuring, and troubleshooting systems throughout the rollout process.
- Use SCCM for imaging and application deployment, including issue resolution where needed.
- Register and manage devices in Intune, ensuring proper configuration and compliance.
- Perform user account and access administration in Active Directory, including password resets, workstation joins, and access updates.
- Provide assistance for multi-factor authentication setup and troubleshooting (nice to have).
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Handle basic networking support, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi issues, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Maintain clear and accurate ticket documentation, asset tracking, and user communication.
- Collaborate with team members to support IT projects, refresh cycles, and infrastructure improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience supporting Windows 11 and Apple iOS/macOS environments.
- Hands-on experience with SCCM imaging and deployment.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and Intune device registration.
- Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and wireless troubleshooting.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tickets in a high-volume environment.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)- Experience supporting multi-factor authentication platforms.
- Familiarity with endpoint security, mobile device management, and compliance tools.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
