We are seeking an Desktop Support Technician to provide front-line technical support in a fast-paced help desk environment. This role involves assisting end users with issues related to desktops, laptops, email, VPN, hardware, software, printing, and connectivity. You will log and resolve support tickets, escalate issues when needed, and deliver excellent customer service to a diverse user base.
Responsibilities:
Provide first-level and some second-level support via phone, email, and ticketing system (ServiceNow).
Document, assign, escalate, and close tickets in accordance with help desk procedures.
Troubleshoot Windows, O365, email, and account access issues.
Support hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Manage account access using internal tools (account provisioning, lockouts, resets).
Maintain knowledge base articles and contribute to team documentation.
Collaborate with backline teams to resolve issues and prevent recurring problems.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience with help desk or customer support (phone/email preferred).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, O365 apps, and desktop hardware.
Ability to troubleshoot connectivity, email, and software issues.
Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred).
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Interest in learning and growing technical troubleshooting skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $8.00 - $23.00/hr.
