Job Overview:
The organization is seeking a Workday Prism Analytics Consultant with extensive IT, ERP, and Data & Analytics experience to lead solution design discussions, combine internal and external data sources, and implement enterprise reporting solutions.
Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of overall IT/ERP/Data & Analytics experience, with strong Workday experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Prism Analytics.
- Strong experience with Prism data ingestion, datasets, derived datasets, data transformation, and publishing.
- Strong expertise in Workday Reporting and Analytics, including custom reports and dashboards.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM and/or Financial Management data models and business processes.
- Experience combining Workday and external data sources for analytics and reporting.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data transformation, data quality, and data reconciliation.
- Good understanding of Workday security as it relates to reporting and analytics.
- Experience designing enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage relationships.
- Ability to lead solution design discussions and guide technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise in Workday Prism, data transformation, data modeling, and Workday reporting across HCM and Finance modules.
- Lead solution architecture design discussions for enterprise reporting and analytics.
