In this position, you will be the architect of our data flow, bridging the gap between raw source systems and our enterprise reporting environment. You will be responsible for:
ETL Architecture: Designing and maintaining sophisticated data pipelines using SSIS and SQL Server.
Data Modeling: Building high-performance Star and Snowflake schemas for advanced analytics.
System Integrity: Optimizing warehouse performance and ensuring the accuracy of nightly data loads.
Strategic Support: Implementing validation routines and supporting data quality initiatives within an Agile/DevOps framework.
Experience: 2+ years of professional ETL development (specifically SSIS and SQL Server).
Expertise: Deep knowledge of dimensional modeling and data warehousing principles.
Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot data latency and execute performance tuning.
Tech Stack: Familiarity with cloud data platforms, scripting, and modern reporting tools.
Education: Degree in CS/IT preferred (or 5+ years of equivalent professional experience).
Flexibility: 100% Remote (Candidates must reside in EST or CST).
