Job Title: Zycus Functional (L2) Support Analyst Location: 100% Remote
Job Description: Application Support
Provide L2 functional support for Zycus applications such as:
iSupplier
iContract
iSource
iSave
iAnalyze
iRequest (as applicable), etc
Handle incidents, service requests, and problem tickets escalated from L1 support.
Analyze functional issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions.
Ensure SLA adherence and effective communication with stakeholders.
Functional Analysis & Configuration
Understand business processes related to Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Contract (S2C).
Perform configuration changes, master data updates, and rule validations within Zycus.
Support user access, roles, approval workflows, and catalogs.
User & Stakeholder Interaction
Work closely with business users to understand issues and provide functional guidance.
Conduct impact analysis for issues.
Assist in user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Collaboration & Escalation
Coordinate with technical teams for data fixes, integrations, or code-related issues.
Liaise with Zycus Product Support for unresolved or product-level defects.
Documentation & Continuous Improvement
Maintain incident logs, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
Identify recurring issues and recommend process or system improvements.
Support audits, compliance checks, and system health reviews.
