Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Guidewire Business Analyst on behalf of our client in Greenville, SC. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong insurance domain expertise and hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter. The candidate will play a critical role in bridging business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring successful delivery of high-impact insurance technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; translate them into functional specifications and user stories
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA teams, and architects
Support backlog refinement, define acceptance criteria, and ensure delivery readiness
Provide expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter, including Rating and Integrations
Perform data analysis and data mapping for Guidewire and third-party integrations
Contribute to business process analysis and solution design
Utilize Guidewire Advanced Product Designer, data dictionary, and underwriting rules framework
Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical execution
Identify process improvements and optimization opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance domain
Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter (Rating & Integrations)
Understanding of Guidewire configuration concepts and tools
Proficiency in data analysis and data mapping
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in Agile environments
Strong understanding of the end-to-end insurance lifecycle and policy administration
