Location: Fort Mill, South Carolina (Onsite)
Role Overview
The Exchange and SaaS Support Engineer's role is to participate in the overall management and end-user support of Messaging and SaaS offerings. This position will provide support to our end-user population for Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive, including license administration. Experience with other Microsoft 365 components is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier-2 end-user support for Messaging and SaaS based end-user tools, including Exchange Online, Outlook, MS OneDrive, Microsoft Teams policy application, and Box.
- Manage message archiving, retrieval, and deletion.
- Perform mailbox maintenance and access management.
- Develop and maintain process and environment documentation.
- Automate ServiceNow tickets.
- Participate in on-call rotations.
Required Qualifications
Experience:- 2+ years of experience providing end-user support for Microsoft applications, specifically Outlook and MS Teams.
- 2+ years of experience in basic Box administration and end-user troubleshooting.
- 1-2 years of experience working with ServiceNow.
- 1-2 years of experience administering and supporting OneDrive.
Technical Skills:- 1+ years of experience creating and modifying PowerShell scripts to automate recurring tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant, current technical certifications are encouraged.
- Strong customer service presence.
- Ability to troubleshoot potentially complex issues that involve working with other teams.
- Desire to learn new technologies in the cloud space.
- Hands-on experience working in complex infrastructure environments in a highly regulated industry.
