Location- Wilmington, Delaware

Job Summary:

We''''re looking for a Salesforce BSA with strong CPQ and Revenue Cloud expertise to bridge business and technology. You''''ll gather requirements, design solutions, and support end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes for Sales, Finance, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead requirement workshops with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams for CPQ and Revenue Cloud initiatives
Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and functional specsConfigure and maintain Salesforce CPQ: products, bundles, pricing rules, discount schedules, quote templates
Design Revenue Cloud solutions: contract lifecycle, amendments, renewals, billing schedules, revenue recognitionMap and optimize Quote-to-Cash and Lead-to-Revenue processes
Perform gap analysis between standard functionality vs custom development needs
Create test scripts, coordinate UAT, and validate pricing/billing accuracyProvide training and documentation for sales reps, finance users, and admins
Triage production issues and work with developers on fixes and enhancements

Required Skills

8+ years as Salesforce BSA/Analyst with 3+ years in CPQ
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud/Revenue Lifecycle Management
Strong understanding of Q2C process: product catalog, pricing, quotes, orders, contracts, billing, revenue
Ability to configure: product rules, price rules, discounting, approvals, document generationExperience with Salesforce core: Sales Cloud, objects, flows, validation rules, securityExcellent stakeholder management and requirement elicitation skills
Strong SQL/SOQL knowledge for data analysis and validation
Bachelor''''s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field
