Advanced Manufacturing Engineer ME/Assembly engineerObjetivos generales del puesto:Desarrolla y aplica soluciones de fabricacin de primera clase para impulsar la excelencia operativa y la satisfaccin del cliente. Funciones y principales responsabilidades:- Conceptualiza y desarrolla mejoras de procesos e iniciativas de reduccin de costos.
- Apoya actividades de expansin de capacidad, desarrollo de nuevos productos e implementacin de nuevos procesos.
- Lee e interpreta planos y dibujos mecnicos en formatos 2D y 3D.
- Proporciona soluciones innovadoras de ingeniera mecnica para respaldar el diseo de equipos y los procesos de fabricacin.
- Brinda orientacin sobre el diseo de componentes, promoviendo las mejores prcticas de fabricacin.
- Trabaja en estrecha colaboracin con equipos multifuncionales, incluidos ingenieros de manufactura y personal de calidad de planta.
- Colabora con las reas corporativas de Calidad, Automatizacin y Controles, as como con los equipos de Ingeniera de Producto.
- Proporciona soporte de ingeniera para la introduccin de nuevos productos y procesos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos establecidos para el desarrollo de nuevos productos.
- Define y desarrolla procesos de ensamble y manejo de materiales para nuevos productos.

- Brinda soporte a una amplia variedad de procesos de ensamble, incluyendo celdas altamente automatizadas, soldadura por resistencia y soldadura por friccin.
- Proporciona orientacin tcnica general y apoyo prctico cuando sea necesario.
- Lidera proyectos de actualizacin de equipos, incluyendo el desarrollo de solicitudes de cotizacin, instalacin, modificaciones, validaciones, documentacin y soporte durante el arranque.
- Coordina las actividades de ensamble para nuevos lanzamientos de producto de acuerdo con la lista de materiales de BOM.
- Coordina la recepcin de equipos, herramientas, partes y materiales.
