Advanced Manufacturing Engineer (ME / Assembly Engineer)

Objetivo General del Puesto

Desarrolla y aplica soluciones de fabricacin de clase mundial para impulsar la excelencia operativa y la satisfaccin del cliente.

Colabora con equipos multidisciplinarios para ejecutar proyectos y resolver problemticas de manufactura. Analiza las necesidades del cliente interno y desarrolla soluciones que permitan cumplir con los objetivos de seguridad, calidad, productividad y costos.

Es responsable de apoyar proyectos relacionados con procesos de ensamble, liderando actividades asociadas a componentes, controles y manufactura. Evala riesgos y beneficios de las distintas alternativas de solucin y promueve la mejora continua dentro de la organizacin. Mantiene una interaccin efectiva con empleados de todos los niveles organizacionales.

  • 3 a 5 aos de experiencia en reas de Manufactura, Ingeniera o Mantenimiento.

Funciones y Principales Responsabilidades:
  • Conceptualizar y desarrollar mejoras de procesos y proyectos de reduccin de costos.
  • Proporcionar soluciones innovadoras de ingeniera mecnica para apoyar el diseo de equipos y procesos de fabricacin.
  • Brindar orientacin sobre el diseo de componentes para respaldar las mejores prcticas de manufactura.
  • Apoyar actividades de expansin de capacidad, desarrollo de nuevos productos y nuevos procesos.
  • Brindar soporte de ingeniera para la introduccin de nuevos productos y procesos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos establecidos.
  • Definir y desarrollar procesos de ensamble y manejo de materiales para nuevos productos.
  • Coordinar las actividades de ensamble en nuevos lanzamientos de acuerdo con el BOM (Bill of Materials).
  • Leer e interpretar dibujos mecnicos y modelos 2D y 3D.
  • Desarrollar documentacin tcnica para ingenieros y tcnicos de procesos.
  • Proporcionar orientacin general y apoyo tcnico prctico cuando sea requerido.
  • Trabajar estrechamente con ingenieros de manufactura de planta y personal de calidad.
  • Colaborar con los grupos corporativos de Calidad, Automatizacin y Controles, as como con Ingeniera de Producto.
  • Brindar soporte a una amplia gama de procesos de ensamble, incluyendo: Celdas altamente automatizadas. Procesos de soldadura por resistencia. Procesos de soldadura por friccin.
  • Liderar proyectos de actualizacin de equipos.
  • Apoyar el desarrollo de solicitudes de cotizacin (RFQ).
  • Coordinar instalaciones, modificaciones, calificaciones y documentacin de equipos.
  • Brindar soporte durante las etapas iniciales de arranque y puesta en marcha.
  • Coordinar la recepcin de equipos, herramientas, partes y materiales.
