Job Details:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO in the fast-paced and ever-evolving Legal Tech industry. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment, has a knack for organization, and can handle confidential information with utmost professionalism. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations within our team and will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to our growth and success.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and senior leadership team, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
2. Serve as a point of contact between top management and other stakeholders.
3. Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging appointments, travel, meetings, and conference calls.
4. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents for the leadership team.
5. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for consideration and presentation by executives, committees, and boards of directors.
6. File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
7. Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business.
8. Coordinate project timelines and follow up with team members where required.
9. Organize team events and meetings, both internally and externally.
10. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
11. Develop and implement systems for maximizing efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management, preferably in a startup environment.
2. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
3. Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties.
4. Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
5. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly and professional demeanor.
6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
8. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
9. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
10. Strong decision-making ability and attention to detail.
