Summary

Role: Senior Salesforce Developer - Hybrid - Remote

Visa- H1B & & USC

Skill Set: Salesforce CRM , Data Cloud, Business Analysis, Requirement Analysis,

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) solutions.
  • Analyze existing customer data models, data sources, and data governance to optimize usage within Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Define customer identity resolution rules, segmentation strategies, and data activation use cases.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Customer Experience teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Salesforce Data Cloud Implementation & Optimization:
  • Work with technical teams to design data ingestion, transformation, and activation workflows within Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Define and document data mapping, identity resolution strategies, and consent management requirements.
  • Ensure data compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Validate and test data ingestion, transformation, and deduplication processes.
  • Work with Salesforce developers, architects, and data engineers to enhance data quality, governance, and enrichment processes.

Data Insights & Reporting:

  • Leverage Data Cloud Insights, AI, and analytics tools to provide meaningful business insights.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track data activation performance.
  • Recommend enhancements based on data trends and customer behavior patterns.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Training:
  • Conduct training sessions for business users on Data Cloud capabilities, segmentation, and activation workflows.
  • Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by collecting feedback from end users and optimizing data processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with Salesforce (preferably in Salesforce Data Cloud, CDP, or Marketing Cloud).
  • Strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDP), data governance, and identity resolution.
  • Experience working with data ingestion, data mapping, ETL processes, and APIs.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and analytics.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP), Marketing Cloud, CRM Analytics, or Tableau is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) and best practices.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Salesforce certifications like Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Administrator, or Salesforce Business Analyst are preferred.
