Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) Architect with expertise in Databricks Genie Agents, semantic data modeling, and enterprise ontology architecture. The ideal candidate will work on designing and implementing an enterprise-grade System of Intelligence for Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) in the healthcare domain.

• Design and implement enterprise ontologies, knowledge graphs, and semantic relationships for PBM System of Intelligence.
• Build and maintain Databricks Genie Agents for natural-language querying and conversational analytics.
• Create Unity Catalog Metric Views, semantic layers, and business metrics for analytics.
• Develop reusable semantic data models, domain taxonomies, and business definitions.
• Model complex PBM business domains like Prior Authorization, Claims, and Formulary.
• Establish metadata management, data lineage, governance, and data quality frameworks.
• Architect cloud-native data platforms using Databricks Lakehouse architecture.
• Collaborate with SMEs, data engineers, and AI teams to deliver solutions.

• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks Genie Agents and conversational analytics.
• Expertise in Databricks Unity Catalog, semantic modeling, and metadata management.
• Experience in enterprise semantic layer design and data modeling.
• Knowledge of ontologies, knowledge graphs, and taxonomies.
• Understanding of lakehouse architecture, data modeling, and distributed data platforms.
• Experience with Delta Lake, Apache Iceberg, and AI-ready data architecture.
• Implementation experience in data lineage, data quality, and metadata governance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
