Genesis10 is currently seeking an Associate Business Systems Analyst for an 8+ month contract position with our client located in Eagan, MN. This position is 100% remote.
Pay range: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour Summary Associate Business Systems Analyst to support a large-scale data and system analysis initiative. This role will partner closely with senior and principal analysts to assist with source-to-target data mapping, system analysis, and validation across multiple environments.
This is a hands-on, systems-focused role ideal for someone early in their analyst career who has foundational SQL skills and is comfortable working directly with data structures, schemas, and field-level analysis.
Key Responsibilities - Assist with source-to-target mapping and field-level data analysis
- Run SQL queries to validate and trace data across multiple environments
- Review database tables and schemas to identify field locations and downstream impacts
- Analyze incoming and outgoing data files for accuracy and completeness
- Support senior analysts with system analysis and documentation
- Execute structured, detail-oriented analysis tasks in a high-volume environment
Skills & Qualifications - 2+ years of Business Systems Analyst or Systems/Data Analyst experience
- Foundational SQL querying skills (comfortable running and modifying queries)
- Experience supporting data mapping or system integration efforts
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a technical, fast-paced environment
- This role is best suited for someone who enjoys digging into data, tracing how information moves across systems, and supporting complex analysis initiatives
