Job Description:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8 to 10 years of software engineering experience within banking, capital markets, or financial services.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in: Java (Java 11/17+), Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, Angular, SQL / Data Modeling, Messaging Technologies (Kafka, MQ, etc.)
  • Experience working across multiple enterprise applications and technology domains.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and production support.
  • Experience presenting technical solutions to senior business and technology stakeholders.
  • Exposure to Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Sales & Trading, Research, or Wealth Management platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Lead Automation Transformation & Provide Visibility to Business Segment & Leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Knowledge of Data Platforms, Snowflake, Data Lakes, and Analytics ecosystems.
  • Experience leveraging AI/GenAI tools such as: GitHub Copilot, OpenAI / Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, LangChain, MCP-based Agent Frameworks, Intelligent Test Automation Platforms
  • Prior experience serving as an Architect, Lead Engineer, Technical SME, or Technology Consultant.
