Summary

Job Tittle - Blue Yonder Consultant

Location: Marysville,OH

Key Responsibilities:

Lead IBP (S&OP) implementation across demand, supply, and cross-functional planning
Enable real-time scenario planning (CFSP) for supply vs demand optimization
Configure solver-based supply planning models and planning workflows
Drive multi-scenario simulation & comparison across planning cycles
Design and implement demand planning models integrating sales, inventory, and market inputs
Support capacity & constraint-based planning within IBP
Lead migration from legacy planning systems to modern IBP platform
Enable supplier collaboration and risk visibility frameworks
Work closely with business stakeholders for solution design, UAT, and rollout

Required Skills

Strong experience in Blue Yonder IBP / Luminate Planning
Expertise in:
S&OP / IBP processes
Demand Planning & Forecasting
Supply Planning & Optimization
Scenario Planning (CFSP)
Experience in large-scale supply chain transformation programs
Strong knowledge of constraint-based planning & solver-driven models

Preferred Experience

Exposure to automotive / manufacturing supply chains
Experience with supplier collaboration platforms (S&OE / One Network)
Understanding of end-to-end supply chain visibility / TMS integration
Experience replacing legacy APS/SPS systems

Key Competencies

Strong stakeholder management & communication
Ability to drive cross-functional alignment
Analytical mindset with business outcome focus
Experience working in global delivery (onsite/offshore) environments

Role Expectation

Own design, implementation, and delivery of IBP solutions
Act as functional lead / solution architect for planning transformation
