Senior AI & Full Stack Developer (Hybrid)
Location: White Plains, NY (3 days in-office per week)

Role Overview

The "Quad-Core" Responsibility Split
1. AI Development (25%)
Integrate Intelligence: Design and deploy AI/ML capabilities (LLMs, Generative AI, or predictive models) into enterprise applications.
Interface Design: Develop conversational AI interfaces and implement secure, scalable AI solutions.
2. Process Automation (25%)
Workflow Architecture: Architect and maintain complex automated workflows using Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop flows).
Ecosystem Integration: Streamline business processes by connecting SharePoint, Teams, and third-party enterprise apps.
3. Business Intelligence (25%)
Data Visualization: Design high-performance dashboards and complex data models using Power BI and DAX.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain ETL processes to ensure data integrity across all reporting layers.
4. Full-Stack Engineering (25%)
Web Development: Build and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js, or .NET).
API & Backend: Develop robust APIs and manage both SQL and NoSQL database architectures.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 8+ years of professional software development experience in an enterprise environment.
AI/ML Expertise: A proven track record of deploying AI models or integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure AI, etc.) into production.
Microsoft Power Platform: Advanced proficiency in Power Automate and Power BI (Certifications are a significant plus).
Technical Stack:
Frontend: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
Backend: Deep expertise in Python (required for AI/Data work) and/or Node.js/.NET.
Microsoft Power Platform (The "Glue")
This is the "Low-Code/No-Code" bridge that connects the business logic to the tools.
Advanced Power Automate: Ability to handle complex logic, loops, and error handling in both Cloud flows and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) via Desktop flows.
Custom Connectors: The skill to build custom APIs that allow Power Automate to talk to your proprietary Full Stack applications.
Governance: Knowledge of Environment strategies and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies within the Power Platform.
4. Full-Stack Engineering (The "Foundation")
This ensures the solutions are scalable and professional-grade.
Modern Frameworks: Proficiency in React or Angular for the frontend and Node.js, Python (FastAPI/Flask), or .NET for the backend.
API Design: Experience building RESTful or GraphQL APIs that are secure and well-documented.
DevOps & Deployment: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Data Management: Strong SQL skills and sophisticated data modelling experience for Business Intelligence.
Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly insights.
