Summary

Crystal Reports development (2008-era versions), including the ability to read and reverse-engineer existing reports, parameters, formulas and embedded SQL
Apache Superset (or comparable modern BI platform) report and dashboard development, including SQL Lab, datasets and semantic modeling
Strong Oracle and SQL Server SQL skills; comfortable optimizing queries and validating results between platforms
Proven track record of report rationalization: assessing usage, redundancy and business value, and making clear decommission/consolidate/replace recommendations to business owners
Ability to operate independently in a large organization – locating stakeholders, running working sessions, driving decisions and tracking outcomes without close supervision
Experience with scheduled/automated report delivery (we use VisualCron today) and migrating scheduled output to a new platform
Experience with the use of AI tools to assist in efficiency, consistency, and quality of software development
