IT Portfolio Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking an IT Portfolio Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify problem trends and generate alerts for project managers and solution managers to inform them of emerging risks or issues with their projects and portfolios
* Train project leads and solution managers on our processes, tools, and best practices
* Conduct monthly portfolio reviews with IT VP, solution managers, and project leads to examine projects at risk, facilitate project-data based strategic decisions, and create mitigation plans
* Provide one-on-one support for project leads managing critical projects/programs
* Updating project budget, actuals & forecast for IT funded projects
* Following up on action items from Portfolio Reviews
* Meet with each Solution group every month to review their alignment with the Project Governance standards and address any issues that may be preventing their alignment
* Hold monthly office hours to train, educate and support Project Leads

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
