- Drive Agile delivery with hands-on experience in Jira, user story writing, backlog management, acceptance criteria, and sprint ceremonies.
- Communicate and influence effectively across business and engineering teams, including confidently pushing back when needed to achieve the best outcome.
- Demonstrate ownership, analytical thinking, and a learning mindset; prior real estate experience is preferred but not required.
