About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM Cloud Project Manager to spearhead large-scale HR transformation initiatives and drive successful, end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between customer and vendor teams, ensuring that project delivery aligns perfectly with scope, timeline, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: Oversee all implementation phases including Design, Build, Test, Go-Live, and Hypercare.

• Governance & Leadership: Lead project governance forums, weekly status reviews, and executive steering committee meetings.

• Scope & SOW Management: Manage SOW-based delivery, enforce strict scope governance, and efficiently handle change request management.

• Stakeholder & Vendor Alignment: Serve as the strategic bridge between customer stakeholders and vendor delivery teams to ensure seamless collaboration.

• Project Controls: Own the tracking of milestones, weekly status reporting, and delivery governance metrics.

• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Deployment Coordination: Drive testing phases, evaluate go-live readiness, and orchestrate post-implementation hypercare support.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience, with a heavy focus on enterprise-level HR transformation programs.

• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.

• Deep expertise in vendor/customer delivery models and managing third-party integrators.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.

• Demonstrated experience with rigorous scope control, SOW management, and risk frameworks.
