Skills:
4-7 Experience with system integrations and data exchange interfaces
4-7 Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Visio)
4-7 Analyzing data from a variety of source systems and different database technologies using SQL
4-7 Experience with Data Mapping and Transformation
4-7 Experience with Interface/Architecture design and documentation
4-7 Converting business requirements into technical specifications
4-7 Gathering, analyzing, and generating data visualization requirements for a data warehouse
4-7 Experience writing detailed test cases and test scenarios
4-7 Strong understanding of end-to-end systems validation
4-7 Experience in writing SIT and UAT test plans
4-7 Experience in working on a data warehouse (both relational and dimensional) team (DB2)
4-7 Experience in translating requirements into data visualization needs
4-7 Experience with XML/JSON/API integrations
4-7 Familiarity with REST/SOAP services and Secure data exchange (SFTP, certificates)
Preferred Qualifications:
2 Unemployment Insurance (UI) or workforce systems (highly preferred)
2 Experience working with SIDES modules (EVF, ADF, DD, BC, MPC)
2 Experience with Natural programming language
2 Experience in Public Sector delivery
2 Texas Workforce Commission experience
Scope/Description of Services
The Worker(s) will provide the following services:
Perform analyst work overseeing one or more projects concurrently. Complete evaluations of existing and future capabilities, conduct research into solution alternatives, enhance system capabilities, and provide advice to stakeholders. Participate in joint application design sessions with customers and IT staff to define business requirements and develop software systems requirements. Communicate effectively with users to determine requirements of new processes and applications or modifications to existing processes and applications. Perform system configuration, document business processes and prepare project documentation with a high level of attention to detail, strong organization skills and technical aptitude. Use standardized project management processes, tools and techniques to address project needs. Develop test artifacts and conduct testing to include User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and develop training documentation for various team projects. Work closely with developers to track defects and resolutions. Perform deep technical and analytical reviews to analyze system functionality with customers and resolve production issues. Assist with creating, maintaining and enforcing global standards. Perform other analysis and documentation tasks as required to facilitate and support team projects. Assist in the diagnosis of problems associated with applications and write detailed specifications for developing or correcting issues to improve system performance and/or accuracy. Perform other duties as assigned to maintain operations.
