IAM/MFA Engineer - Remote

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an IAM/MFA Engineer for a remote role to support and expand secure authentication solutions across the organization. This role will play a key part in implementing and supporting multi-factor authentication (MFA), SAML-based integrations, and biometric authentication technologies, with a strong emphasis on security, identity management, and enterprise-scale environments. A significant portion of this role will involve supporting the rollout of CLEAR-a biometric authentication platform commonly used in airports and now expanding into the healthcare domain-while also providing ongoing operational and project-based IAM support.

Key Responsibilities
* Support and implement multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions across the enterprise
* Assist with the rollout and adoption of CLEAR for internal employees who choose to participate.
* Support SecureAuth / MFA tools including: SAML-based authentication; External authenticator applications; Secure on-premise authentication flows
* Work with Radiant Logic and Active Directory for identity resolution and authentication workflows; Example work includes sample calls from SecureAuth into Radiant Logic and onward to Active Directory
* Provide daily operational support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for authentication systems
* Participate in implementation projects and ongoing enhancements related to identity and access management
* Support Windows Server and Active Directory environments as part of authentication and identity workflows
* Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to maintain secure access standards and compliance requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
* Intermediate to Senior-level experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)-CLEAR
* Strong knowledge of SAML and authentication standards
* Experience working with Active Directory
* Understanding of on-premise identity and authentication environments
* Experience supporting Windows Server
* Hands-on experience with IAM operational support, implementations, and project work
* Ability to support enterprise-scale internal user populations
* Healthcare environment is a plus
* Enterprise level environment is a plus (over 150k users of CLEAR)
* Radiant Logic is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
