RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Maryland Heights, MO that is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within a fast-paced technology environment. This role requires strong program execution skills, technical depth, and the ability to operate across hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery models. Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A) initiatives is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate understands APIs, system integrations, and end-to-end SDLC execution, and can drive programs from strategy through delivery with discipline and accountability.

Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage large-scale technical programs spanning multiple teams, systems, and stakeholders
* Drive program planning, execution, and delivery across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
* Support merger and acquisition initiatives, including system integrations, platform consolidation, and dependency management
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, architecture, operations, and business partners
* Manage program timelines, scope, risks, issues, and dependencies with clear communication and escalation
* Translate business objectives into executable technical plans and milestones
* Oversee API-driven integrations and data flows between internal and external systems
* Operate effectively in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment, adapting delivery approach as needed
* Ensure alignment to governance, documentation, and reporting standards
* Provide clear, concise status reporting to leadership and executive stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or Technical Project Manager in a technology-driven environment
* Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
* Hands-on experience working with engineering teams and technical architectures
* Solid knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and distributed systems
* Experience managing complex programs with multiple workstreams and dependencies
* Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to operate with minimal oversight and drive accountability across teams

Preferred Skills:
* Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including technology integration efforts
* Background in enterprise-scale platforms or large, complex environments
* Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and modern integration patterns
* Experience with program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar
* Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and bring structure to complex initiatives

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
