Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Integration Lead to drive integration strategy and execution for a large-scale Data Center Exit to AWS program. This role requires deep expertise in TIBCO ESB, Informatica (IICS), and enterprise integration patterns, combined with strong leadership in cloud migration, zero-downtime integration strategies, and cross-functional coordination.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end integration efforts, ensuring seamless migration of on-premise systems to AWS while maintaining data consistency, performance, and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Leadership & Strategy

• Lead the integration workstream for Data Center Exit and AWS migration programs
• Assess current-state integrations and define target-state integration architecture on AWS
• Drive modernization of legacy integrations to cloud-native or hybrid architectures

Migration Execution & Cutover Management

• Plan and execute wave-based migration strategies, including:
  • Dependency validation
  • Integration readiness assessments
  • Go/No-Go decision checkpoints
• Design and implement zero-downtime or near-zero-downtime integration patterns
• Support cutover execution and ensure data reconciliation and interface stability
• Manage post-migration hypercare and stabilization activities

Integration Development & Modernization

• Migrate and modernize integrations built on:
  • TIBCO ESB
  • Informatica Cloud (IICS)
• Implement integration patterns including:
  • Batch and real-time processing
  • API-based and event-driven architectures
  • Change Data Capture (CDC)

Cloud & AWS Integration

• Design and implement integrations leveraging AWS services such as:
  • EC2, S3, VPC
• Align with AWS Control Tower and Landing Zone governance models
• Ensure compliance with IAM, security, and data protection standards
• Execute migration aligned with AWS CAF and AWS MAP frameworks

DevOps & Automation

• Enable CI/CD pipelines for integration deployments
• Leverage Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) for automation in multi-account AWS environments
• Ensure repeatable, scalable, and governed migration processes

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate across application, database, middleware, cloud, and security teams
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership on:
  • Risks
  • Issues
  • Progress updates
• Lead cross-functional alignment for integration deliverables

Troubleshooting & Optimization

• Troubleshoot integration issues during migration and post-migration phases
• Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability of integrations
• Validate data consistency and resolve reconciliation issues

Required Skills

• Strong experience with TIBCO ESB and Informatica Cloud (IICS)
• Proven experience in Data Center Exit / on-prem to AWS migration programs
• Expertise in integration patterns:
  • Batch, real-time, API-based, event-driven, CDC
• Strong understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC)
• Experience with zero-downtime migration strategies
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Terraform
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, and enterprise data integration
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS Control Tower and Landing Zone architectures
• Knowledge of AWS CAF and AWS MAP frameworks
• Exposure to Java and .NET integration ecosystems
• Certifications in AWS, Informatica, or TIBCO
• Experience in mission-critical enterprise migration programs
