- Manage user access, roles, groups, and permissions to ensure security and compliance.
- Design, implement, and maintain workflows, schemes, dashboards, and automation rules.
- Monitor system performance, handle escalations, and coordinate with Atlassian support as required.
- Maintain integrations between Atlassian and third-party systems (e.g., Slack, GitHub, CI/CD tools).
License Management & Renewals
- Maintain accurate records of all Atlassian product licenses and subscriptions.
- Manage renewals and negotiate with vendors to optimize cost efficiency.
- Track usage and ensure compliance with licensing policies.
- Forecast license requirements based on organizational growth and project needs.
Optimization & Standardization
- Develop and enforce governance frameworks, best practices, and standard configurations across all instances.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation to increase efficiency.
- Drive consistency in workflow design, issue type management, and reporting structures.
- Regularly review the Atlassian setup to eliminate redundancies and improve user experience.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Partner with IT, PMO, Engineering, and Business teams to align Atlassian tools with business needs.
- Conduct periodic training, onboarding sessions, and user enablement initiatives.
- Gather feedback from users to continuously enhance platform usability.
- Support project managers and scrum masters in reporting, metrics, and agile process adoption.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for configurations, processes, and governance standards.
- Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and data security guidelines.
- Support audits and contribute to risk management processes.
What You Need
