Salary Range: $76,000 - $113,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Cadillac seeking Test Engineers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and executing test plans for manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects and working with development teams for resolution.
• Developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, production) to ensure product quality and testability.
• Analyzing test data and generating reports to provide insights into product performance and quality.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in test engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing automated test systems (e.g., LabVIEW, Python, C#).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Experience with various test methodologies and equipment (e.g., ICT, FCT, environmental chambers, DAQ systems).
• Ability to interpret schematics, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Python scripting for test automation.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with data acquisition systems and sensors.
• Understanding of electromechanical systems and their failure modes.
