The OpportunityWe are collaborating with multiple companies in Cadillac seeking experienced Reliability Engineers. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement reliability strategies for manufacturing equipment.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and recurring issues.
- Lead Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) sessions to identify potential failure points.
- Optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve asset uptime.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to implement reliability improvements.
- Evaluate new technologies and methodologies to enhance equipment reliability.
Recommended Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focused on reliability engineering.
- Strong understanding of reliability tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, RCA, RCM, Weibull analysis).
- Proficiency in using CMMS/EAM systems for maintenance and asset management.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements.
Bonus Qualifications- Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certification.
- Experience with advanced predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., ultrasound, thermography, oil analysis).
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, R, Python) for reliability data.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and facilitating Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations.
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.
