Salary Range: $83,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement reliability strategies for manufacturing equipment.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and recurring issues.
  • Lead Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) sessions to identify potential failure points.
  • Optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve asset uptime.
  • Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to implement reliability improvements.
  • Evaluate new technologies and methodologies to enhance equipment reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focused on reliability engineering.
  • Strong understanding of reliability tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, RCA, RCM, Weibull analysis).
  • Proficiency in using CMMS/EAM systems for maintenance and asset management.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certification.
  • Experience with advanced predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., ultrasound, thermography, oil analysis).
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, R, Python) for reliability data.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and facilitating Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations.
  • Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.
