We’re actively hiring a Full Stack .NET Developer for a long-term opportunity. This is a strictly onsite role in Tallahassee—no remote flexibility.

🔧 Required Skills & Experience

✔️ 4–6 years of experience in IT systems analysis, development & engineering
✔️ Strong hands-on with C# .NET, MVC, jQuery, Responsive Design
✔️ Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) & Unit Testing
✔️ Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server & Oracle
✔️ Experience with Microsoft Azure
✔️ Proficiency in Visual Studio (2012+) & HTML
✔️ Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
✔️ Must be available to work onsite full-time

⭐ Preferred Skills

➕ Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
➕ Team Foundation Server (TFS)

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

🔹 Develop and support Internet/Intranet/Extranet applications
🔹 Collaborate with stakeholders to define system design & UI requirements
🔹 Ensure seamless integration of web servers and backend systems
🔹 Perform system optimization, tuning & production support
🔹 Recommend best practices for architecture & web development
🔹 Mentor junior developers & conduct code reviews
🔹 Ensure compliance with departmental IT standards and processes
