Job Description:
Role: Enterprise Architect (Contract-to-hire, 18 months)
Location: Remote | Travel every 4–6 weeks (Buffalo NY /Wilmington)
Summary: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with a strong background in banking and institutional client services to drive enterprise-wide technology strategy and transformation initiatives.
In this role, you will partner with business and technology leaders to define architecture roadmaps, establish governance frameworks, evaluate emerging technologies, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology investments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture strategies and technology roadmaps.
• Lead architecture governance, standards, and technology evaluation processes.
• Align business capabilities with technology solutions across Institutional Client Services.
• Assess current-state architecture and define future-state transformation plans.
• Partner with business, operations, and engineering teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate and integrate banking platforms such as Bloomberg, Loan IQ, and related financial systems.
• Communicate architecture strategies and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
Key Requirements: Enterprise Architect – Institutional Client Services
Strong Enterprise Architecture background (not just Solution Architect).
- Experience with EA governance, roadmaps, and technology evaluation.
- Banking / investment banking domain knowledge (ICS preferred).
- Familiar with Bloomberg, Loan IQ, or similar systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
