JOB DISCRIPTION:-

Facets CCA — Facets production troubleshooting for Clinical Care Advance to support clinical workflows and ensure regulatory compliance

Key Responsibilities:

Perform real-time troubleshooting of Facets CCA production issues impacting clinical workflows.
Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Ensure system stability, performance, and adherence to compliance requirements.
Document incidents, resolutions, and preventive measures for knowledge sharing.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Facets CCA and healthcare workflow troubleshooting.
Experience with clinical workflow support and compliance-driven environments.
Ability to perform root cause analysis and production issue resolution.
Familiarity with healthcare regulatory standards and audit requirements.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
