Location: El Dorado Hills CA 95762 OR Long Beach CA (Hybrid - office visits use hoteling space)
Duration: 6 Months + Possible Extension

- Specifically, this contractor will be commissioned to continue the Integrated Platform and Product Operating Model (IPPOM) and its transformation into a technology product-centric organization.
- Lead and execute moderately complex initiatives to improve IT services.
- Apply subject matter expertise to design and implement process improvements.
- Provide data-driven recommendations on cost transparency, service performance, and workforce utilization.
- Promote adoption of best practices through documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Contribute to strategic planning and business case development.
- Work with cross-functional teams on technical and non-technical matters related to the successful launch of products and solutions.
- Manage large projects or processes that span outside of the immediate job area.
- Communicate and collaborate closely with clients
