Summary

Job Title - Team Lead (Operations)

Location - Detroit Metropolitan, MI (Onsite)

Contract Long term

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

(1) Primary point of contact for technical teams.

(2) Maintain all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) approved by the client.

(3) Maintain ServiceNow Workflows, Forms, Data.

(4) Conduct weekly Team Meeting.

(5) Conduct monthly Management meetings

(6) Service Level Analytics and Reporting.

(7) Track and Report on Customer Survey.

(8) Provide Standard Monthly Analytics and Reporting as available.

(9) Provide Escalation guidance and review.

(10) Identify and Assign Level 1 Scripting Updates.

(11) Identify and Assign Tier 0 Support Updates in ServiceNow knowledge base.
