Overview Responsible for supporting the Credit Card Acquisition team's Analytics & Segmentation function, delivering data driven insights that support profitable member growth. Contribute to acquisition intelligence efforts by supporting prescreen population development, segmentation enhancements, and test and learn initiatives, evaluating performance of solicited acquisition campaigns, and analyzing end-to-end acquisition funnels and long-term profitability metrics such as lifetime value (LTV) to inform targeting, offer strategy, and portfolio outcomes. Deliver complex analytical work by synthesizing insights across prescreen activity, funnel performance, member behavior, and financial outcomes, translating analyses into clear, executive-ready insights that support campaign strategy, product decisions, and long-term growth priorities.

Responsibilities - Collect, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple sources, including structured and unstructured data sets, to drive insights into business performance
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns and prepare ongoing reports and data visualizations in order to support business decisions
- Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, dashboards, and BI solutions
- Produce actionable reports that show key performance indicators, identify areas of improvement into current operations, and display root cause analysis of problems
- Use analytics and metrics to improve processes and provide data-driven forecasts of potential costs, risks, and profits of new business initiatives
- Communicate findings and insight to stakeholders and provide business strategy recommendations for optimizing business performance
- Provide reporting solutions and respond to ad-hoc report requests within the business area
- Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements
- Build working relationships with team members and subject matter experts
- Lead small projects and initiatives
- Support the creation and ongoing refinement of credit card prescreen populations, partnering on audience definition, eligibility logic, and segment construction to improve targeting effectiveness.
- Evaluate and revamp prescreen segmentation frameworks by assessing segment level performance and response patterns to identify opportunities to improve targeting and acquisition outcomes.
- Participate in test and learn initiatives for prescreen populations, supporting test design, performance measurement, and analysis of results to inform segmentation and targeting enhancements.
- Conduct post campaign performance analysis for prescreen campaigns, assessing results to surface learnings and optimization opportunities.
- Analyze acquisition trends, funnel dynamics, and profitability outcomes through deep - dive analysis, producing clear, executive - ready insights that support product and campaign decision - making.
- Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and business intelligence solutions to track acquisition performance, segmentation effectiveness, and key growth metrics.
- Build strong working relationships with cross - functional partners and subject matter experts to enable effective collaboration and insight generation.
Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in data analysis and reporting
- Complete knowledge and understanding of business area/specialization
- Advanced skill using business intelligence applications and/or cloud services
- Advanced knowledge of reporting capabilities of existing ERP, CRM and/or database software vendors
- Advanced skill using statistical methods, mathematical techniques, forecasting, cost-benefit analysis
- Advanced skill in complex data manipulation across multiple tables
- Effective data integration, cleaning and validation skills
- Skill communicating data analysis and visualizations to nontechnical and senior audiences
- Skill with data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R
- Research skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Intermediate skill in utilizing work products to tell a story through appropriate balance of visualizations, design aesthetics, and words
