Dev Manager

Location : Oaks, PA

Type : Contract

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivering project on time within scope.
Should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis.
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Good Agile process understanding and implementation experience
Should have Wealth Management domain experience
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and schedule
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Evaluate training needs and preparing training schedule
Authorize the establishment of configuration baselines and identification of configuration items/ units
Interacting with Client to obtain sign-off on a Project
Participate in software process improvement activities
Responsible for planning, implementing and tracking Defect Prevention activities in the project
Ensure regular project audits by assigned internal auditors.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Work from client office for minimum 3 days.
Experience in iterative delivery model.
Solid technical background (preferred .NET full stack), with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
