UX Strategist - Adaptive Presentation Engine (APE)

Summary

Job Title: UX Strategist - Adaptive Presentation Engine (APE)
Location: Malvern, PA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite 2 days remote per week)

Job Description:

Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 12+ Years of relevant experience.
Rendering experience: Author the LLM prompts that translate each strategy into the structured wrapper APE expects. Pressure-test primitives against real queries; ensure the set feels coherent as a system, not stitched-together templates.
Experience with behavioral foundations: Working knowledge of dual-process theory, cognitive load, framing, and choice architecture. Fluency in revealed-preference (not stated-preference) thinking.
Experience with bandit & evaluation literacy: Understanding of UCB, Thompson Sampling, cold-start trade-offs, and why standard A/B intuitions don't apply to bandit-driven experiences.
Experience in specification rigor: Ability to write falsifiable format specs and reason about (Topic, Intent) cell granularity vs evidence fragmentation.
Conversational AI fluency: Familiarity with LLM failure modes — format drift, sycophancy, hallucinated structure, over-hedging.
Preferred Domain experience: Wealth management, financial advisory, or other regulated decision-support domains.
Preferred system-level prompt engineering: Designing prompt interfaces between subsystems, not writing prompts.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and cross-functional initiatives.
