We are looking for UX Strategist - Adaptive Presentation Engine (APE) for our client in Malvern, PA

Job Title: UX Strategist - Adaptive Presentation Engine (APE)

Job Location: Malvern, PA

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $70hr - $75hr

Requirement/Must Have:

1+ years of experience in strategy design.
1+ years of experience in intent stewardship.
1+ years of experience in signal vocabulary management.
1+ years of experience in performance assessment.
1+ years of experience in rendering experience.

Responsibilities:

Define and maintain the format strategy set per intent, including distinct primitives and standard LLM baseline.
Govern the DECIDE taxonomy and the confidence threshold, triaging the unmapped-intent pool weekly.
Own the strong-signal taxonomy and manage content-relevant and format-relevant gating.
Read the per-cell strategy performance store and track compliance rates and performance metrics.
Author LLM prompts that translate each strategy into the structured wrapper APE expects.

Nice to Have:

Domain experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or other regulated decision-support domains.
Experience in system-level prompt engineering.
Ability to map revealed-behavior signals to trust and perceived competence.

Skills:

Working knowledge of dual-process theory, cognitive load, framing, and choice architecture.
Understanding of UCB, Thompson Sampling, and cold-start trade-offs.
Ability to write falsifiable format specs and reason about cell granularity.
Familiarity with LLM failure modes.
