Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership
Lead cloud migration assessment engagements from discovery through migration planning.
Develop executive-level assessment reports and transformation roadmaps.
Ensure alignment between technical findings and business objectives.
Drive assessment-to-implementation conversions through effective stakeholder management.
Executive Stakeholder Management
Present assessment findings and business recommendations to senior leadership.
Communicate cloud migration benefits, risks, and financial implications.
Translate technical concepts into executive-friendly business narratives.
Facilitate decision-making and consensus among key stakeholders.
Cloud Strategy & Planning
Evaluate infrastructure, applications, and databases for cloud readiness.
Define migration strategies, modernization opportunities, and implementation roadmaps.
Support workload prioritization and migration wave planning.
Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with technical architects, engineers, and project teams.
Coordinate with business leaders to gather requirements and align priorities.
Support proposal development, scope definition, and delivery planning.
Track program milestones, risks, and overall progress.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in technology consulting, cloud transformation, program management, or related fields.
5+ years of program management experience leading enterprise initiatives.
Strong understanding of cloud migration methodologies and best practices.
Experience engaging with C-level executives and senior business stakeholders.
Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs.
Technical Skills
Cloud platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
Cloud migration and modernization frameworks.
Infrastructure and application assessment methodologies.
Cloud economics, TCO analysis, ROI modeling, and business case development.
Migration planning, governance, and risk management.
