Infor M3 ERP Developer

Our Client, a well-established, North American leader in the Food and Beverage manufacturing space is building out their Infor M3 development capabilities and needs a sharp, motivated developer to help lead that charge. This is a newly created role on a tight-knit, high-performing team that is already doing impressive work with ETL pipelines, Power BI, and custom .NET applications. Now they are ready to take the next step, and they want you to be the one who takes them there.
You will own integrations, API development, H5 scripting, and Extend M3 initiatives from the ground up. If you have ever wanted a role where your contributions are immediately visible and genuinely valued, this is it.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining Infor M3 extensions, APIs, MI programs, and H5 scripts to expand ERP functionality
- Building and supporting integrations between Infor M3 and third-party systems including Salesforce, maintenance management platforms, and other applications using M3 APIs and Infor ION
- Writing, optimizing, and maintaining SQL queries and stored procedures in support of ERP data needs and reporting
- Developing and supporting ETL processes and data extracts, leveraging the Infor M3 Data Lake
- Collaborating with business stakeholders, analysts, and ERP team members to translate functional requirements into solid technical solutions
- Creating and maintaining ERP-related business intelligence and analytics for finance, manufacturing, quality, sales, and supply chain
- Performing unit, integration, and regression testing for M3 enhancements and integrations
- Producing and maintaining detailed technical documentation including extension designs, integration mappings, and data flows
- Providing ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for M3-related applications and integrations
Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years of experience developing applications, integrations, or data solutions
- Hands-on experience supporting Infor M3 ERP
- Strong JavaScript skills with direct experience in Infor M3 H5 scripting and modification
- Experience with Infor M3 APIs, MI programs, M3 Extensions, and Infor ION
- Strong SQL skills with experience supporting ETL processes and report development
- Solid understanding of data lake architecture and table structures
- Experience building and supporting system integrations and API development
- Working knowledge of XML, JSON, and HTML
- Proficiency with Git or similar version control systems
- Strong documentation practices with the ability to produce clear, detailed technical specs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
Nice to Haves:
- Experience in food, beverage, or process manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with Infor M3 H5 SDK and Extend M3
- Exposure to ERP upgrades, migrations, or system enhancements
- Experience with Infor Data Lake reporting or analytics platforms
- Understanding of manufacturing, quality, and supply chain ERP processes
- Relevant Infor M3 certifications
