PEOPLESOFT FLUID DEVELOPER

 

Location – REMOTE – EST hours

 

Seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Developer to design and implement mobile-friendly Fluid applications within the PeopleSoft environment with strong expertise in PeopleSoft HRMS and Payroll.

Scope of Work

  • Develop and customize Fluid Interfaces in PeopleSoft to ensure responsive, mobile-friendly user experiences.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into Fluid UI components.
  • Implement and maintain PeopleSoft HRMS functionality, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Optimize application performance across multiple devices and browsers.

Required Skills and Experience

  • PeopleSoft Fluid Development: Proven experience creating and deploying Fluid pages and components.
  • PeopleSoft HRMS and Payroll: Hands-on experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting HR and payroll processes.
  • Mobile-Friendly Design: Expertise in building responsive layouts for smartphones, tablets and browsers.
  • Front-End Technologies:
    • Strong knowledge of CSS for styling and layout.
    • Proficiency in HTML for structuring content.
  • Extensive experience with People Tools and integration techniques.

Deliverables

  • Fully functional Fluid pages aligned with business requirements.
  • Documentation of design and development processes.
  • Testing and validation for cross-device compatibility.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with JavaScript for dynamic UI enhancements.
