Government Contracts Administrator - Defense & Aerospace



Advantage Technical is recruiting for a Contracts Administrator for a cutting-edge defense intelligence client. If you've spent 3-7 years managing federal contracts at companies like Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, Collins Aerospace, or Pratt & Whitney, this is your opportunity to bring that expertise to mission-critical work supporting national security.



What you'll do:

You'll own the complete contract lifecycle-from proposal development through post-award administration. Negotiate NDAs and teaming agreements, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, advise leadership on RFP risks, and manage T&M, FFP, and cost-reimbursable contracts. You'll work cross-functionally with program managers and Supply Chain, customize subcontracts based on unique prime requirements, and keep multiple high-stakes projects moving forward without missing a beat.



What you bring:


  • Bachelor's degree

  • 3-7 years government contracts experience in defense/consulting

  • Deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS and mandatory flow-downs

  • Proven track record negotiating contracts, NDAs, teaming agreements

  • Strong organizational skills-you juggle priorities without dropping the ball

  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
