Description
Join a dynamic team in Charlotte, NC, working onsite as an Application Programmer on a contract basis.
You will be responsible for managing incidents and supporting multiple applications, ensuring 24x7 availability.
This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently using various technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize incidents to ensure quick resolution and minimal impact on operations.
Lead troubleshooting efforts and facilitate communication among teams during incident resolution.
Create and maintain documentation for incident management and process improvements.
Coordinate scheduled changes and handle ad-hoc work requests effectively.
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in IT or equivalent, with a focus on production support.
Proficiency in reading log files and writing simple queries.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
