Available Positions

1. Maintenance Worker II – Paducah, KY 42001
Duration: Open-ended
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr.

2. Maintenance Worker II – Bowling Green, KY 42101
Duration: 1 year
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr.

3. Cook – Crittenden, KY 41030
Duration: Open-ended
Work Schedule: Sunday through Saturday
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr.

Maintenance Worker II – Responsibilities

• Assist supervisors in coordinating the work of staff while maintaining and repairing plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Assist carpenters, electricians, and other skilled trades personnel.
• Paint buildings and structures inside and outside.
• Repair grounds maintenance equipment and tools.
• Assist with equipment repairs, building and grounds upkeep, and preventative maintenance.
• Operate, maintain, and repair equipment and tools.
• Maintain records and attend required meetings and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Maintenance Worker II – Qualifications

• Experience with general building, grounds, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, or equipment maintenance preferred.
• Ability to safely operate and maintain maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow safety procedures.

Cook – Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals for approximately 80–90+ youth for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with three daily snacks.
• Pull meats and other food items from storage/freezer and prepare food.
• Stock supplies and manage inventory.
• Clean kitchen areas and perform required temperature checks.
• Complete daily paperwork and update dietary information.
• Prepare special-diet meals as needed.
• Place food and supply orders.

Cook – Qualifications

• 4–6 months of relevant experience required.
• Ability to prepare and serve meals in a structured/high-volume environment.
• Ability to follow food safety, sanitation, and dietary requirements.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and inventory.
• Reliable and able to work the required schedule.
