Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Teamcenter Techno-Functional / Technical SME with strong expertise in Compliance Management within PDM/PLM and SAP PLM environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing product, material, substance, supplier, and environmental compliance requirements using Teamcenter.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Teamcenter Technical / Techno-Functional SME for Compliance Management capabilities.
• Manage Substance Compliance requirements including REACH, RoHS, Conflict Minerals, PFAS, SCIP, and other regulatory standards.
• Manage Material Compliance and track material composition and approved substances across products.
• Support Environmental Compliance and ensure products meet applicable regulations before release.
• Manage Country of Origin information and declarations for parts, components, and assemblies.
• Manage Supplier Compliance, including supplier declarations, certifications, and compliance documentation.
• Establish complete audit trails, traceability, and compliance history for regulatory inspections.
• Generate compliance certificates, regulatory reports, and customer declarations.
• Identify compliance risks involving parts, materials, suppliers, and BOMs early in the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and business teams to resolve compliance issues.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter / Teamcenter PLM.
• Proven experience as a Teamcenter Techno-Functional Consultant or Technical SME.
• Strong knowledge of Teamcenter Compliance Management capabilities.
• Experience with PDM / PLM and SAP-PLM environments.
• Strong understanding of Substance and Material Compliance.
• Hands-on knowledge of REACH, RoHS, Conflict Minerals, PFAS, SCIP, and related regulations.
• Experience with supplier compliance, country-of-origin management, auditability, and regulatory reporting.
