Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced AI/ML Engineer with 13+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, machine learning algorithms, deep learning, Generative AI, and cloud-based AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for business applications.

  • Build and optimize machine learning and deep learning algorithms.

  • Develop Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).

  • Work with NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.

  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector databases.

  • Develop and maintain scalable AI/ML pipelines and APIs.

  • Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

  • Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business teams.

  • Monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve accuracy.

  • Follow best practices for model evaluation, security, scalability, and responsible AI.

Required Skills

  • 13+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or related fields.

  • Strong programming experience in Python.

  • Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar frameworks.

  • Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling.

  • Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.

  • Knowledge of NLP, neural networks, and data processing.

  • Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or Chroma.

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

  • Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and MLOps tools.

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.

  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and model deployment.

  • Experience with model monitoring, optimization, and production-level AI systems.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
