Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Configure, maintain, and support PeopleSoft FSCM General Ledger and Commitment Control modules, ensuring system stability and business process alignment.
- Analyze business requirements, design functional solutions, coordinate testing, and implement system enhancements across enterprise financial applications.
- Support production operations, incident management, batch processing, disaster recovery activities, and enterprise financial system upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop documentation, provide functional guidance, support audits, and recommend continuous process improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
Minimum 12+ years of experience supporting, configuring, and implementing PeopleSoft FSCM solutions with expertise in General Ledger, Commitment Control, enterprise production support, and financial system enhancements.

|
Technical Skills
|
PeopleSoft FSCM, General Ledger, Commitment Control, App Designer, Integration Broker, SQR, SQL, BI Publisher
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Financial Management Systems, ERP Functional Consulting, Business Process Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Production Support, IT Service Management (ITIL)
|
|
Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
|
|
Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

|
Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with additional PeopleSoft FSCM modules such as Accounts Payable, Asset Management, Purchasing/eProcurement, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Project Costing, Strategic Sourcing, and Travel & Expense.
- Experience supporting enterprise financial applications in large public sector or highly regulated environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
